I received my BS in marketing from the University of Maryland that same year and an MBA in operations management from Seattle University in 1997.  Jerry Russum, Superintendent. Jerry has been supervising residential and commercial construction since 1969. Jerry specialized in concrete foundations (monolithic slab, pier & beam and post-tension) in the commercial arena and has built an impeccable reputation in the Bryan/ College Station homebuilding community during the last five years, which includes a current two-year appointment as a commissioner for the city of Byran's Building & Standards Commission. Additionally, Jerry is a minister; he and his wife Virginia pastor to those in the Brazos Valley that cannot travel to church services due to infirmity or physical limitations. |
 Lindy Williams, Customer Care Manager. All roads, paths and trails in Bandera country lead to Lindy. Lindy manages all the scheduling, coordination and communications among clients, team members, contractors and vendors. Lindy majored in interior design at the prestigious Monterey Peninsula College in Monterey, California and returned to her hometown of College Station to raise her girls. |
 Kirby Fleming, Residential Designer. Kirby opened his design firm in 1986 and his masterpieces can be found in San Antonio, Houston, Austin and throughout South Texas. Kirby's genius is evident in the flow and interaction of the living spaces and the understated elegance of his homes. |
 Karen Loehr, Interior Designer, ASID. I seek Karen's advice throughout the entire spectrum from design concept through customer move-in. Karen's true calling is in bringing all the hundreds of details and selections into one seamless home that exudes her sense of form and function. Karen received her ASID accreditation in 1984. |
